Job description

Kool Stories is looking for a Brand Communications Manager, someone who can develop and manage our brand presence through excellent communications strategy, usage data, facilitating customer service, managing projects, marketing campaigns, and engagement with followers and users. As a Brand Communications Manager, you will require creativity, excellent storytelling skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new work ideas, and a knowledge of trends. 

 

Brand Communications Manager responsibilities

  • Brainstorm ideas to promote and participate in brand activities.

  • Create a clear brand image to facilitate scaling brand and company awareness.

  • Create media content to promote brand image on various platforms.

  • Ensure brand tone and brand consistency.

  • Create plans to grow and maintain followers on various media platforms.

  • Oversee monthly sales objectives and other initiatives like email content strategy and paid social media promotions. 

  • Manage social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Manage a budget for brand and brand promotion activities.

  • Supervise social media interaction between customers and the company to ensure a positive customer service experience.

  • Monitor, analyze and track progress on all media platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

  • Coordinate with various internal and external teams such as marketing, PR, digital marketing etc.

  • Good knowledge and experience with Hootsuite and ads manager on social media accounts.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
